Refund policy
Our Policy in a Nutshell:
We don’t offer refunds on consumable products — but we’re not robots either. We're a small company (6 people), and we do this with a lot of passion and love. If you don't vibe with one of our products, firstly, we're truly sorry it wasn't for you. Our products are however perishable meaning that we can't take them back. That being said, we're human too and have bought products we just didn't vibe with. If you're unhappy with your product and see another flavor you think you'd like better, send us an email and we'll give you as big of a discount as we can possibly offer in order to get you something you like.
The Legal(ish) Stuff:
We have a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, non-consumable products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened food or supplement items. Once it leaves our hands, we can’t safely or legally take it back — and that’s true across the industry.
Non-Consumable Product Returns:
If you're returning a non-consumable item (like merch), the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for eligible non-consumables, contact us at Hello@trychugg.com. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if the return is approved. Items sent back without a request won’t be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if something's off — whether it’s the wrong item, damaged, or defective. We’ll take care of it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Email us at Hello@trychugg.com to get started.
Refunds (For Non-Perishables Only):
If your return is approved (for a non-consumable item), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days to post it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the funds, contact us at Hello@trychugg.com.
